Matching Rim Size to Your Sealing Machine

Rim diameter is the one spec you cannot work around. A 95mm machine seals 95mm cups, and a cup that is 5mm out will either not seal or will seal badly enough to leak in a delivery bag.

Within 95mm you still have choices: straight-wall cups read as classic, U-shape cups make layered drinks look taller, and PET dome lids give a topping room to sit above the rim instead of being pressed flat.
